 Our bootfairs for 2011 have now finished, see you all in April 2012

 Our Boot fairs run weekly from the first week in April each year and are the biggest and best in the area, we have ample parking for sellers, buyers and disabled visitors.

Our official opening time is 10:00 but due to overeager visitors arriving early we are often asked by the police to open the gates at 9:30 (But never before 9am) in order to alliviate the queing on the A20 Sidcup By Pass.

We have a large, radio equipped team of security and marshals who ensure the smooth running and safety of our visitors.

Car Parking for buyers: £1.50

Motorcycle Parking for buyers : Free

(Note parking on A20 carries a £100 penalty notice so please dont park outside)

Walk in seller (no car): £10

Seller with car: £14

Seller with van (Smaller than transit): £16

Seller with large van (Transit size or larger): £18

Trailer (with car or van): £2 in addition to above

Please note these prices are based on size so a van with windows/people carrier will be charged as a van.

The bootfair runs untill about 3pm, you will be expected to take all rubbish with you.

No food or drinks sales are permitted and the sale of live animals or pirate dvds is strictly prohibited and punishable by expulsion with no refund and barring from the site for future bootsales. 

 

NOTE WE ARE ONLY LICENSED FOR 14 BOOT FAIRS A YEAR and these will be staged as from the first Sunday in April. (Weather Permitting)

We aim for them to continue weekly (weather permitting) but on snowy or rainy days we have no choice but to postpone to the following week. (This also applies if we have a large amount of rain preceeding the bootsale as the cars parking on our football pitches can do irreperable damage)

With this in mind the bootfairs may run for 14 weeks from the first week in April - July or with lots of bad weather postponements they can sometimes run into August/September, please see local press for details.
