Flamingo Park is a 17 acre sports ground with 5x 11 a side football pitches and a large 50's style pavilion building boasting a large capacity hall for hire, a 450 capacity night club (The Bank Club), changing and shower facilities for the football, a fully catered kitchen, parking for over 400 cars and houses a fully equipped gym and a motorbike training school. (That are privately run within the grounds)

Flamingo park as we know it today came into existence 24 years ago when it was privately purchased from the Dock Labour Board where it had been used as a company affiliated sports ground run for its members. At that time there was an award winning bowls green, tennis, football and a kids playground.

The main concentration now is on the excellent land drained football pitches, the Bank Club nightclub on the lower ground level and the hall for hire upstairs.

The hall is very well subscribed so if you wish to host your birthday party, wedding or religious event please make an arrangement to come and view us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Flamingo Park continues to be a focal point of the A20 and is very recognisable and often used as a navigational landmark.
